Starting small and growing your self-care practice, is sometimes the easiest path. Think of one small thing you want to do for yourself. The encouragement here is to do it daily, every day, for life. Not for a week, not for a month, for life. Of course, if you miss a day, good self-care is also not beating yourself up! We welcome the bigger self-care ideas and goals too (those you do weekly or yearly, etc.), but small adds up. As you water your seed, so can it grow into more peace, more health, more connection and more joy. Who doesn’t want more of that?
