Self Care Routine

Wake up when the body says so, drink coffee while soaking in the stunning views of the ocean, morning bike ride, relaxing lunch, family hike, pages read of favorite book, another hike, fun-delicious dinner, an episode of the Wonder Years, off to bed. I could get used to this routine.
