On behalf of all of Honors, thank you so much for coming and putting on such a great presentation for our students! I returned to the office on Monday morning and was immediately met with immediately being told “JIM DONOVAN WAS FANTASTIC” and was informed how awesome you were with the students. Truly, everyone I spoke with in originally scheduling your event spoke at length about how engaging of a speaker/presenter you are, so your reputation precedes you.

Megan HadleyAssistant Director of Student Success & Communications - University of Massachusetts-Lowell

“First, let me just say that this team building event, though hard to believe, surpassed the last one you did. The team and I have both reflected upon and spoke of the event for days. Most specifically, your Sheryl Crow story and how that tied into being “all in” in every aspect of work and life. It was truly transformational for many of my leaders and most especially, me. You truly helped to make our day a success!”

Mimran, Aaron, Xfinity Comcast

"Jim Donovan far exceeded our expectations. He was able to connect with staff on many levels and all of the responses have been overwhelmingly positive. We would give Jim 5 stars plus."

Jacqueline C. Miller Lycoming - Clinton County HealthChoices Director

“Jim’s program was more successful than I could have imagined. I was really impressed with how the workshop was for all of our employees. The learning curve as well as any employee apprehension melted away as the group started drumming in unison. Jim is truly a gifted leader, teacher and facilitator. Six months later employees are still talking about the workshop and referencing the common metaphors. The workshop serves many valuable lessons from Active listening to avoiding ‘paralysis by analysis’ and just trying new challenges. I wholeheartedly recommend this program.”

Drayton Foltz - Director Smith Performing Arts Center University of Maryland

“The opening session set the beat for our entire event. It was imperative the group started to think as one, and we needed an ice breaker. You helped the top players in Affordable Comfort lead a charge for revolution. This symbolic event will be remembered by all.

Xavier S. Walter President - The Energy Team

“Thank you again for your help with our Women’s Client Institute. You tailored your presentation to fit in with our overall theme of the day, and it was not only informative, but lively and fun! Exactly what we were looking for! Thanks again for being an integral part of this successful event.”

Richard E. Deitrick, Jr., - CRPC®, CFP® Vice President Morgan Stanley Smith Barney

“The drumming experience that you did for our department retreat was fabulous! Generally, the staff doesn’t really like the retreat, and aren’t wild about the team building exercises but this time it was a huge success thanks to your workshop. We had a great time, and it was a hands-on way to really see (and hear!) that we function as a team.”

Marjorie Bing Stanislaw Westmoreland County, PA Juvenile Corrections

“I would recommend this experience to others, especially the focus on listening skills and the analogies that can be drawn into the work experience, listening to your co-workers, playing a supporting role, a partnering role, an oppositional role, a baseline role, a complementary role.”

Kristi Yager FEDEX Ground University

“This was a great session! It was energetic, fun and tied really well to our value messages. Especially “Winning Together” and “Courage”. It was an invaluable addition to our meeting!”

Chrissy Stengel Senior Manager - Corporate Communications Del Monte

“This program is a poignant example of how to be a better leader. Jim created both a visual and physical experience for all of us to tap into and capture. What I most appreciate is the way Jim provides such powerful means for participants to integrate and embody their learning. I love his stories, his energy, and most importantly his gift to connect with both individuals and the entire group. In a word? AWESOME!!!”
