Programs:

Global Sound bath promotes self-care, relief from stress and anxiety, alleviates pain, reduces emotional stressors and helps balance the nervous system. Instruments include Gongs, 99% quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, Indian shruti boxes, harmonium, rattles, and didgeridoo.  Deep, resonant tones from Himalayan and crystal singing bowls and gongs carry the listeners into a journey that enables an Alpha or Theta brain state.  This is the state where spiritual connection and a sense of unity can be felt and where we experience vivid imagery in meditation, creative visualization, inspiration, and insight. Just listening and allowing the sounds to flow over, within, and around you greatly enables this process of clearing and calming the mind. Participants will be whisked away on zero gravity chairs experiencing a healing journey that will improve focus and decrease stress and anxiety. Stress and anxiety are major cofactors in every disease and condition, making soundbaths the perfect tool for deadlines, holidays, staff development, midterm and finals week, and all other times in a stressful year.
