Nothing Left To Do But Dance…

If there is too much pressure, there is a risk of explosion. When I feel the pressures of life building inside to a dangerous level, I know what I need to do. When my daily self care routine doesn’t seem to do the trick, I know it’s time! There is only one thing that will reset my personal pressure to a happy, healthy level. Dance! I’m talking about a barefoot, hair down throw down, sweaty, dance party. A dance party like nobody is watching, dance party! The kind of dance that in your bliss, you leave your body and when you return it’s as if room service just left!
